The Jewelers Ethics Association takes your privacy seriously. Your information will never be shared with a third party with the following exceptions:

• As a consumer member, your first name, last initial and state will be posted in our member listing.
• As a business member, the information you have outlined for public use will be posted in our business member listing.
• As a consumer, if you file a complaint, your first name, last initial and state will be posted in our complaints listing. Other information regarding your complaint will be shared only with necessary parties when required to resolve your complaint.
• As a business member, if a complaint is filed against you, the complaint and resolution will be posted in our complaints listing.
