Click on the link below to download the power point file. You will be asked only for the password provided to you in the April 1, Industry Newsletter archived here. You may disregard the username provided.

When the download box appears, click open. A new window will appear showing the power point file. Click "extract all files". Follow the steps in the extraction wizard to download the file to your computer. You will be able to change the destination of the download in the wizard. If you are unsure where to extract to, select "desktop". You can move the file to another location later.
